Project Description
The EL Fellow will report directly to the Director of Teacher Training Division of the Ministry of Education (MOE) and will be expected to lend his/her expertise to the development of projects in numerous areas. The Fellow will also be asked to enhance the mentoring program for newly qualified teachers which is already in place. The Fellow may also be asked to work with the department of research to carry out a baseline study of Teacher English Language Proficiency (TELP) in order to develop further in-service teacher education courses.
