EL Fellow Program at TESOL 2012

ENGLISH LANGUAGE FELLOW PROGRAM AT
2012 TESOL CONVENTION
March 29 – 31, 2012

Georgetown University/CIED will be present at a number of events throughout the 2012 TESOL Convention: EL Fellow Program Information Sessions, Job Marketplace, Exhibition Hall, and Networking event.

Information Sessions
Our Information Sessions will be held Thursday and Friday at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Current Fellows will be a part of a panel discussion during all Information Sessions.

  • Thursday - Room CC202-A 11:00am
  • Friday - Room CC118-B 2:00pm

Job Marketplace
We will be in the Job Marketplace March 29-31 conducting interviews with applicants for AY 2012-2013.  We will be interviewing Thursday through Friday 9am-5pm and on Saturday from 9am-2pm.

Click the Apply For This Job button and follow the instructions.  If you have already begun an online application, please indicate in your 'Cover Letter' that you have done so.  Georgetown will schedule an interview based on your availability at the Convention.

Starting March 1, 2012, we will begin scheduling interviews for TESOL attendees.

Exhibition Hall
We will also have staff members at Booth #500 in the Exhibition Hall.  Come to our booth to speak with Program staff and receive comprehensive information about the EL Fellow Program.

Networking Event
Georgetown University/CIED will be hosting a networking event at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel on March 30, 2012, 6-8pm.  Applicants will have a chance to meet English Language Fellow Program staff from Georgetown University and the U.S. Department of State, current and former EL Fellows, and Regional English Language Officers from around the world.
